Inflated prices that leave you feeling deflated!

In recent weeks, I have been contacted by numerous customers, concerned at the reported worldwide helium 'crisis' and worried that a shortage of helium will mean no balloons for their special celebration.

In response to these concerns, I offer the following comments, which I hope will ease the concern of current and future customers of Balloons Galore.

It is very true that there is, at present, a worldwide shortage of helium and that this is expected to remain a problem for many months to come. Some gas suppliers are restricting supply and increasing prices, thus provoking some balloons service providers to run short of balloon gas and having to increase their prices.

As a member of NABAS, the UK balloon association, I have been kept informed of all stages of this 'crisis' and have taken necessary steps to limit this situation from effecting the supply and cost of balloon decorations from Balloons Galore.

In an attempt to settle the minds of anyone who has, or is considering ordering balloon decorations for their celebration, they may like to consider the following advice.

Balloons Galore always strive to deliver a superior service, using the very best products available and this includes the balloons gas used. We will never intentionally use a 60/40 mixture of helium and air, as this could reduce the float time of the balloon decorations.

During this current situation, our prices may alter from week to week, depending on wholesale price increases. However, customers who have already booked their celebration decorations with Balloons Galore can rest assured that their decorations will not be subject to any unexpected price increases. Balloons Galore will always honour their prices, irrelevant of wholesale increases, on all confirmed orders (with deposit paid).

Balloons Galore have now been inflating balloons (not prices!) for over 12 years and that success is due to our unrivalled service and excellent products at a realistic price, so please don't panic.
